Cecconi's Shoreditch

I chose this place because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. The staff were lovely and helpful and the food was delicious. Best Indian food I have had! The vegetarian curry turned out to be my favorite. We went with an English couple and they also said they loved it and will be back. Highly recommend!

If you are visiting Brick Lane, City Spice is a must! Have visited so many Indian restaurants along this stretch of road and City Spice is my favourite! Amazing food and service!!!

We searched on Trip Advisor to find an Indian on Brick Lane and saw this was close by and had good ratings.  Very pleased with the food.  It was tasty, decent sized portions and the service was good.  The prices are very high but we booked through Trip Advisor, The Fork bookings and got a 50% discount off food items.  We would not have paid the menu prices.  Was surprised to read the negative reviews about service etc, we experienced good service.

As soon as I entered the door, I was attracted by N multi-flavored chocolates. The chocolate control must not be missed. On the Brick Lane side, handmade chocolates are weighed and sold by weight. I chose several flavors at will. They are delicious, a bit like truffle chocolate. It is estimated that it is difficult to store in summer. Chop chocolate on hot chocolate drinks first.

I drank a traditional English afternoon tea here and asked for a sausage set meal. The taste was quite good. The German sausage inside was particularly delicious. The English black tea tasted very good. The orange juice tasted so-so.
